Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato, the two ex-girlfriends of Joe Jonas are rumored to be comforting each other after their relationship were broken off by one of the Jonas Brothers.

As we all know Taylor Swift was heart broken when Joe dumped her in a phone call, which is the same way Demi was rumored to have been dumped, but the former lovers denied that rumor.

Lovato, 17, tweeted to her fans, "There are so many crazy rumors flying around today. Joe and I did split, but it wasn't over the phone. Things didn't work out but we'll remain friends," UsMagazine.com reports.

Jonas, 20, tells UsMagazine.com that he cared more about their friendship than their romantic relationship.

"Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one," Jonas said. "I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to breakup, but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."
